| SFDA issues Interim Measures for Unannounced Inspection of Food Safety in Catering Services |
| In order to further strengthen the supervision over the food safety in catering services, standardize the working procedures of supervision and inspection, promote the fulfillment of the food safety responsibilities in catering services, effectively prevent food safety risks and improve the food safety level of catering services, the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) recently issued the Interim Measures for Unannounced Inspection of Food Safety in Catering Services.
